Thank you for choosing Pleasant Valley Pet Clinic for your pet’s veterinary care. We appreciate the opportunity for open communication with our clients, and the pleasure of caring for their pets!

Pleasant Valley Pet Clinic our primary goal is to provide our patients with the best medical care available. We realize that financial constraints and the cost of care can sometimes hinder the feasibility of paying for needed medical services. However, in order for us to meet the financial obligations of our animal hospital and maintain our facility, collecting payment for services is necessary. With that in mind, we have created a financial policy that we feel allows the pet owner manageable payment options. We have found that the best relationships are based on trust and open communication. Please feel free to discuss your pet’s treatment options with your veterinarian, and your payment options with our staff.

Payment in full is due at time of service or discharge. Accepted forms of payment include Cash, Check (via electronic deposit), Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Monthly payment plans are available through Care Credit and Scratch Pay. If payment in full is not possible, options should be discussed prior to treatment.
